Kids Fishing Day

Where: Lost Valley Fish Hatchery

Kids, 15 and under, fish FREE in a ½ acre stocked pond for channel catfish and hybrid sunfish. Children can participate in a variety of other activities during the course of the day and also receive a free gift with registration. Throughout the day, drawings are held for tackle boxes and fishing poles as well. Lunch is provided and the event is free to the public. Operated by the Missouri Department of Conservation, Lost Valley Fish Hatchery is the largest state owned, warm-water hatchery in Missouri and one of the largest in the nation. Our 2,000 square foot visitor center with a 12,700 gallon aquarium is also open free to the public. The hatchery raises walleye, muskellunge, channel catfish, large mouth bass, striped and hybrid bass, bluegill and hybrid sunfish to stock in Missouri waters. Cole Camp Rockin' Bikes and BBQ

This is an open contest that will start cooking Friday May 20th at 6:00 p.m. on South Maple Street, Cole Camp Mo. Categories will include Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Peoples Choice Pork Butt (Pulled Pork). Six Ribs and Six slices of meat will need to be provided for Judging. Judging will be based upon thoroughness of cooking, Appearance, Taste, Tenderness. After you have eaten your full of great BBQ stay for the outstanding Motorcycle Show. And don't forget to rock out with our special quest band!

 
Angler's Port Marine Customer Appreciation Day

Jubilee Days 2016

Kick off Summer right at this unique festival with attractions, kids activities, food, crafts and a carnival. The biggest question is what is not at Jubilee Days! You'll see parades, classic cars, carnival rides, beautiful baby contests, queen and her court competitions and live music. Oh, I forgot to mention the turtle races. FunTime Shows Carnival weekend kicks off on Thursday and runs through Saturday. Jubilee Days Parade will be Saturday morning starting at 11 a.m. Saturday night is the special concert. Come to Jubilee Days in Downtown Warsaw. You'll find a festival like you remember with lots of commercial vendors, crafts, rides, food, music and a whole lot more.

 
Saengerfest - German Singing Festival

Missouri Mountain Bike State Championships

Where: Truman Lake Mountain Bike Park

THIS IS THE BIG ONE! 2016 USA Cycling Missouri State Mountain Bike Championship happens in Warsaw again this year! This event, sanctioned by USA Cycling is bringing the best mountain bike racers in the state to our fantastic mountain bike course. Through this Championship event riders will be able to qualify to compete at the USA Cycling National Championship events. The park is located at 28565 Benton House Avenue, just 2 miles west of Highway 65 off the North Dam Access Road in Warsaw, Missouri. 36th Annual Heritage Days

Where: Truman Visitors Center/Warsaw

Visit Drake Harbor and the Warsaw Community Building where scores of modern contemporary crafters display and sell their wares. Then celebrate the unique Warsaw area heritage with old-time demonstrations from the 1800's at the Harry S. Truman Visitors Center. Both areas provide plenty of eating opportunities as well. Thousands of visitors attend this festival and we can't wait to see you! Admission to the Harbor area is free. Bus transportation back and forth to Truman Dam is $4 for the entire weekend.
